Happy New Year!

As we are in the first few days of 2021, we wanted to let you know what you can expect from us this year.  We will continue to show up for you in whatever way that means for you individually. 

• We will continue to see people both in person and virtually. 

• We will also be hosting zoom cooking classes for those that want to learn how we personally cook dairy free, gluten free, soy free, and full of flavor!  Be on the lookout via instagram to see when we will be hosting these. 

• We will also be hosting some essential oil classes as we integrate a new line into the office.  

• You can also expect more blogs from us this year as we show you how we utilize the new products from the office in our own lives.  

We will be sharing more of what else we learned in 2020 and how we up-leveled our health as well.
