Health

Let’s talk about health and what it really is.

Health is defined as a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of dis-ease.

LOVE

In our worlds you are either choosing health or you are choosing dis-ease. Every choice you make has an impact on your overall health.

If we could shift our reality and our focus to something as simple as this we could start living healthier lives.

Our challenge for you this year is to CONSCIOUSLY ask yourself every time you make a decision or make a choice is this moving me towards health? If the answer is YES, do it! If the answer is NO, re-evaluate you choice or decision.

Movement

When we make choices and decisions from a conscious place we loose the shame, guilt and judgement we place on ourselves for not being where we want to be health wise.

For example, if I conciouscly make a decision that will not move me towards health or that will move me towards dis-ease in the body and know this, I’m okay with that because I made a conscious decision. I didn’t let someone else make my decision or decide for me, I did.

Let’s take this one step further. If I consciously choose something that isn’t moving me towards health aka isn’t for my highest good then I will also consciously check in with my body and see what I can do to help move it out of dis-ease faster.

When we operate our daily life or daily lives this way we can see where we could improve our health.
